over priced and crowded place. staff was good and smiling but the massage rooms were very small. the bathroom was so small that i was not even able to open the shower to its full. there wasnt any music. overall a over priced place.

The O2 spas at Pune,Hyderabad are the ones I have visited and had an amazing experience. Ambience is awesome and the place is very clean .Good place to relax for a couple of hours after a long journey or a hectic work schedule .It is the best spa to relax .Amaxing Experience !!!

Very average & not customer friendly services. The staff at the reception don't even smile. They take long time in settling the payments. Very ordinary facilities.

This was at the Marriot property. The spa here is a trifle small, but the staff are courteous and friendly. I had a really good foot massage here.

I had been to this one at GVK mall, nice place and value for money specially for the foot message. You can also try for the full body massage as well along with services like facials, hair cut etc. There are other outlets which are good as well in the city like the one in Novotel & Airport.
