I spent an hour in this amazing temple build of white marble on a hilltop in Hyderabad. I was part of a full day bus tour and walked up a narrow street lined with merchants to reach the spot. Great atmosphere. I was nervous about checking my camera and Flip video but you must surrender cameras, phones and your shoes... More

Birlas really know how to find a spot and build something beautiful! The mandir sits on top of a hill and the view from the mandir is to die for... Add to that the beauty of the mandir and the murtis inside and its 2-3 hours well spent! More

This temple is well maintained. The view from temple is amazing. Its better to visit in late evenings. Must check out the shops available on the way for first time. But be careful in buying pearls there. More

The temple is well kept. Vehicles can reach al most to the counter. The shop over tehre is on a costly side. The temple has been made of nice quality Marble . I feel that any one visiting Hyderabad must visit this place. Close to the lumbini park, prasadz etc. And Birla planetarium is a 5 min walk from the temple. More

I walked here from my hotel and at first could not find the main entry point. Like many other sights in India they do not make the most of the potential, but this is also a working religious establishment. Photos are forbidden once inside, and one has to run the gauntlet of leaving one's shoes at an official depository, and... More
