What an adventure...... travelled through the late evening to Mount Sinai arriving at 1am and began walking. Lots of hassle from the Bedouin's but this was expected however didn't quite appreciate just how demanding they can be. The 3 hour walk was demanding and fast with the Bedouin guide leaving stragglers behind hoping they would take a camel or a... More

I loved this trip. Booked through the hotel and everything about it was easy and the trip itself was very interesting. If you want and easy going afternoon / evening out I can recommend this.

climbing in the dark, stone everywhere, camel and camel droppings are not visible in the dark. Going for a long time, on top of about 3 degrees Celsius, the sunrise unworthy of such an effort

Climb Mount Sinai through the night to enjoy the awesome sunrise from its peak. Your Bedouin guide will escort you up the mountain, aiming to have you at the top for sunrise at about 0500. Walking up can take about three hours, and the descent about 2.5. The track is dry and stony, uneven in places, and littered with rocks.... More

We were not allowed to go inside because they were having prayer. Why don't they make a separate room for prayer?

We did the night climb and it was fantastic. I'll never forget the clear skies absolutely adorned with bright stars, unique atmosphere and an amazing guide who couldn't do enough for you. An absolute must do!!!!!!

the climb was tougher than i expected, really does your calfs in! but once you get to the summit you watch the beautiful sunrise and incredible views. then you go down the 3000 steps of repentance and this does your knees in and i was particularly careful going down.

In mid-October, we travelled by van through the desert in the middle of the night, arriving at the bottom of Mount Sinai at 1:30 in the morning. That is when we began our climb. It was very cold, even at the bottom of the mountain, so we piled on lots of layers, which we took off as soon as the... More

This trip requires good physical and mental strength if you dont have it avoid it but once your on top it is amazing. Be very carful with the drives health and safety is not their priority.
