Plan on a long 12 hour day. We were picked up at our hotel between 6 and 7 AM by an English speaking guide and driver. One other couple took the tour with us. The tour is pricey but the money stays in Cambodia to help local villages develop schools, tourism, small businesses, etc. First you drive for an hour... More

Probably the highlight of our 3 day trip to Siem Reap!! We were picked up from our hotel at 7am and drove to the port which took about 50min as its dry season so had to drive a bit further. We than took a 45min boat ride to the floating village and saw some beautiful birds and fishing . The... More

Osmose are to be commended. The tour was efficiently organised and enjoyable. There's no doubt that they support the local community which in turn supports them. If you want a contrast from the overheated bustle of Angkor Wat, to see water village life firsthand, watch some magnificent birds in and around the lake AND support the poorest local people. This... Simply brilliant. Everything was well organised and efficiently run. Our guide spoke excellent English and provided us with lots of information throughout the day. You can tell that Osmose are passionate about their work and encouraging tourists and locals alike to help preserve this diverse area. As keen bird watchers, the highlight for us was definitely the trip through the... More

This tour included the Prek Toal floating village and an overview of some of Osmose’s projects, as well as the bird sanctuary. The birds were absolutely spectacular and well worth the journey, and the floating village was fascinating. The food, which included breakfast and lunch, was very good, and the guide’s English adequate. Although the people we encountered didn’t speak... More

Very varied & interesting but long day - we were picked up at 6.30 and were back around 19.00. Guide spoke good English, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Bring repellent and be prepared for some serious climbing - the birdwatching platform was very high, with a pseudo ladder for access. Very good lunch with choice and too much food! Breakfast ok.... We were a party of 8. 3 children, and 5 adults. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day out and learnt a lot. The itinary was similar to the other reviews so won't go through it all. We also, had a very good knowledgable tour guide. Breakfast and lunch were great. It was a long day but so interesting and the children... More

Tour with Osmose was part of our visit to Cambodia and I would rate it one of the most engaging. Summary of content: Collected from hotel, driven to the village on the canal, Boat to the floating village Saw many birds en route - Openbill storks being the most unusual. Visit to the local centre, seeing Painted storks flying overhead,and... More
