Mandalay Fort and Mandalay Hill dominate the city .. and it won't be far-fetched to say that they define this former imperial city. The Palace inside the fort is a replica. But walk along the ramparts where you can (large parts of the fort is out of bounds to visitors as it is still used by the Army .. Tatmadaw).... More
