Is situated near the Great Square, all the exibition rooms were remade in 2006 (if I am not mistaking) and you can see arheological artefacts from discoveries in the region all the way to the modern artefacts (all kind of crafts work wich are really impressive)!

It is most interesting that nobody anywhere in the official touristic books mention that the real name of "Sibiu" is "HERMANNSTADT" (who was "Hermann", where is his picture, engraving, stamp etc.??) and the Latin name was "CIBINVM"...The Germans, the Hungarians and the Czeks who built the magnificent Transsylvanian cities and fought against the Turkish-Tartar invasion for 500 years (!) together... More
