We had a very informative tour guide. Very knowledgable about amazing history of Dubrovnik. Too soft spoken hard to hear. For the $15 cost think it could have been a lot better. She seemed to promote other tours with additional costs.

......which works on two levels. For those on a short (cruise) stop it is an expresso dose of several hundred year's worth of culture - for those (like us) who are here for a week it is a great way to find your bearings. PLEASE READ TO THE END OF THE REVIEW FOR A NUMBER OF HELPFUL (?) TIPS.

This was excellent. We were given a wireless headphone and taken on a guided tour around the Old Town.
It was really interesting and the guide spoke really good English & explained everything.
I would like to add that this was perfect for my husband who us profoundly deaf as he could hear every word she said.

We took the Old Town tour in October 2012 and enjoyed it so much that we took it again in April when we visited again. We had Marko as a guide both times. He was enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, humorous, and offered thoughtful comments on Dubrovnik's distant and recent history.
I've also corresponded with the owner. He is responsive and professional....

We had a marvelous time visiting many cities in Croatia. Dubrovnik is so rich in history with such a story to tell. We travelled with Gate 1 bus tours..it was amazing. A place you shouldn't miss. So clean. Lots of walking, splendid cafes along the waterway. March is a pleasant time to visit as the crowds don't begin until May....

I was in Barcelona for the 3rd time when I saw advertised a cheap fare to Dubrovnik, Croatia. That's a place I had wanted to see for a long time -- and that day I said "I'm going!". Easy to say, for a solo traveler like me who happened to have the time and enough money for the "cheap fare"....

English speakers can call this Fort Lawrence. I call this attraction a walk because Dubrovnik seems to be about walking and STEPS. If you like historical spaces and architecture this may be fun for you. We went on a sunny afternoon so we could get a great view of the walls of Dubrovnik from the terraces. There are cool cannons...

I am used to take walking tours in UE cities and I did it in Dubrovnik (old town tour).
It was really good (on time, easy to meet, good for money), but I was expecting more from the guide due to tripadvisor reviews.
Of course I do recommend tour, but do not expect an experience different from what you have...

We loved the walk round the walls, there is a fee towards the upkeep, you can pay by credit card if no local money. The views of the town and the sea are marvellous. We only walked slowly to stop and take photos, but it is lovely as it is one way, so where narrow no passing. There is a...
