An excellent pedestrian area for entertainment, with many restaurants (I suggest IMA DANA), bars and nice people.

This is a bit surprise for us. Skadarlija is such a lovley street built 500 years ago. There are lots of restaurants and cafes along the street. Don't miss it when you are in Belgrade. It's in the center of town.
beautiful little cobblestone streets with plenty of old restaurants, all in a bohemian style, former gathering place for the Belgrade poets and actors...
Kaffana street is really live and a lot of people go there. I went in an evening and enjoyed the people's chat-noise around me, nice and trendy drinks, and good ambiance...
Skadarlija is a very nice cobblestone street full of good traditional restaurants, good national music and great atmosphere.

This is a street where you can find a lot of restaurants that mostly serve traditional Serbian food. In some places you can also find musicians that play national Serbian music. It's a great place to go in spring and summer because you can sit outside in the terraces.
They call it “Bohemian quarter”, so I was expected at an entire quarter. It is a street, with restaurants and bars, with nice painted buildings. There are some left buildings which I think would be a great exhibition place.
Interesting preserved cobblestone street with traditional restaurants. They're a bit faded, but overall it's nice. Unfortunately, it's just one short street.
Belgrade is a great city for gastronomic travelling. Best eating with best prices is really NOT here in Skadarlija - avoid it, if you can. Nice to see, but eat in another parts of the city - you eat better and cheaper with better service.
