A must visit in the city..lots to see and the hub of amazing nightlife..felt so safe and no signs of trouble or violence..the people are a credit to their country

Lipscani is the old area, but it has been upgraded in the past years to a full pedestrian, no vehicle zone which compares with the best in Europe. many bars, cafes and restaurant and according to the locals (I visited in early spring, wet and cold) come summer this place is bustling with life and late night action.

The Lipscani area has many small streets and cafes we wondered the streets for a full afternoon enjoying the people the small shops and atmosphere, best place in Bucharest

lots of good restaurants in this area on this street. and a ton of nice little pubs its a good area in the old city.

It is hard to recognize this vibrant new area from its former self. It was a pleasure to stroll the old streets revitalized with new and interesting eating and drinking establishments of all kinds.

I could see there were so many beautiful and interesting details has been left from the past, as silent witnesses from it golden era, many old and beautiful house/building but too bad most of them started to fall apart but still interesting to see and I never have enough time to see all around. Lots of different bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere. Everything at a good price. Nothing to dislike.
