Our class and wine tour was everything we had hoped for and much more. Boris was an excellent entertainer, cook, guide...and dancer. We can't wait to get home and try to make some of the items we made with Boris, though I think that the festive ambience will be lost with out him and the view of the water.

What can I say; this class is something different! Besides being an excellent chef, Boris is a true entertainer. This was a great experience and my wife and I enjoyed every minute!! We are self described foodies and this was not only a fabulous introduction to Chilean food but a great time with real people in Valparaiso. The food and people are authentic, sincere and full of love. Highly recommended!
