It is great place for a hang out and a stroll. A good place to take pictures, and enjoy the surroundings. May be a little more crowded than the last time, may be it was weekend - that's why. However, there are not too may places to seat.

Come at night and you'll find yourself in a great place for a walk, taking pictures, and enjoy the surroundings with nice city lights.
