Alright. I abosulely loved it! Dont understand how people can complain about not seeing enough. For 16 bucks, i thot it was good! Of co its nothing like the massive brewery you see overseas but the experience was good.
The host was friendly and knowledgeable and there was alot of things i discovered which amazed me. Haha. Have been a...

Maybe we expected too much, but we found our "tour" to be a bit of a disappointment, probably since we expected a tour of a brewery. Even despite being a fully automated place, they could surely take you to see more of the actual brewery.
We had booked online to the 10am tour and found we were the only people...

as someone who has toured brewery's both large and small on four continents, Tiger didnt really have anything that separated it. The guide was a bit difficult to understand in his broken English and it is definitely a bit of a hike to get there by public transit from the city centre. Guide was not overly knowledgeable, seemed very robotic....

If you like good brew stories, interesting beer history, and a fun experience.....you have come to the wrong place.
First it's a terrible time getting all the way out to Tiger using MRT/bus or even MRT/cab. Second - the tour is terrible. The person giving the tour knows absolutely nothing about the history of tiger outside of what she's instructed...

Sorry folks- if you are looking for a brewery tour go elsewhere. You can go to this place for 45 minutes of free beer after the tour but don't go there if you want to see a brewery.
After booking several months in advance and being full of excitement we arrived at the brewery. Upon checking in we were told we needed the credit card we booked with to confirm our reservation. This is fine except I believe they charged my card again, as did several other couples. We all may have misread this but a smile and...

The tour is well produced and professionally done but hits all the cliche markers for this sort of attraction. Understandably, given the ownership, it leans heavily on the Heineken experience in Amsterdam. Staff are gracious and well trained. The bar at the end is excellent with knowledgeable staff but the 45 minute time limit was strictly enforced.
The Tiger Brewery tour was definitely not the worst brewery/alcohol tour I have been on. It's the same as far as watching videos and looking at memorabilia but the tour takes place at the actual brewery itself. As everyone else states the best part is the end of the tour when you go into this great bar and for 45...
