The ferry itself is clean. The only thing is that you are confined to only the cabin which make to whole journey to/from Bintan a REAL boring journey. It would be nice if the ferry allow passenger to move the open area whereby one can enjoy the breeze and the sea-wind.
The entire journey is approx 55mins.
