To be honest the Clock Tower is not that much, only a few metres from the Waterfront Promenade stands this simple Tower in a nice contest with long fountain just few meters in front of it and surrounded by countless palms tree.
Visit I think is required, not for the Clock Tower itself but only because this attraction is located...

If you have walked along the promenade or avenue of the stars, stop for a quick photo of the old clock tower. It is quite we set with the pools and palm trees nearby.
If you are walking along the Promenade or going to see the Ave of Stars, I recommend pausing for a moment to appreciate the Clock Tower.
A piece of history and can be found at the easternmost end of the promenade with neatly lined palm trees nearby. Good for taking some pictures though. The Star Ferry is also located right beside the clock tower and this particular location is a good starting point for your walk along the promenade eventually reaching the Avenue of the Stars...

Its a clock tower so dont expect too much. Drop by for a few photos here on your way to the Star Ferry terminal. And the views at the pier is great too.

It is also a meeting point close to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. At night, the lights on the building make it look different.
Not much to see in Clock Tower as it is a usual building one can find in many places. But if you go around, one can sight of amazing skyline of Hong Kong across the harbor. Star ferry terminal and the several restaurants are also nearby.
The tower was ok like any other clock towers. You can access the boats from here going to hong kong island and this is also the way to the Avenue of the stars and the view to the Symphony of Lights. This is a great hang out because of the space, just make sure to bring the winter coats because...
