It was built as greenspace for a sprawling projected suburban area. It has no historic value, but is nice in some parts. Not a place to visit unless you live here.

This is a lovely park where people is coming to have fun, to dance, to practice martial arts, to feed the pigeons or the swans, to take pictures of the nature, for angling or just to wander through. Mainly chinese people around. It is also called the Park of black bamboo. There is a lot of it
