The school offers a 4 class program lasting 4 hours each to teach you history, theory, and barista techniques. This is a great course for tourists who are looking to take in one of the great assets Colombia has offered the world. The course is taught by a chemical engineer who has been working in the coffee industry for years and has great personal knowledge of the cafes of Colombia. It is suggested for anyone wanting to learn how to extract the best flavors from the best coffees on the planet! « less
