We also did the 4-hour-hands-on-course "Espresso y Cappuccino" with Liliana Salcedo and liked it very much! A bit of theory about the history, processing and preparation of coffee and then lots of coffee-making in practice. Now we know how to make a really good espresso and cappuccino. There were five family members in our group, and though the class was given in Spanish, those of our group who did not speak Spanish fluently had no trouble understanding.
