We were told to visit this place by many expats and we were not disappointed. The building itself is just stylish and different and the exhibits very interesting.

An amazing piece of work the building itself, housing a stunning collection of objects - a MUST for visitors. The cafe in the atrium is fabulous too, sumptious white leather couches to lounge on while you sip tea and gaze out over bay....
Items from 8th Century till 16th Century. Great for history lovers. They close early during weekdays.

Very well organized. All are pricey collections. Decent cafeteria to relax. Good location and right on the cornice.
The architecture of the museum building is amazing and worth the trip alone to see this outstanding design and beautiful massive green park grounds. The admission is FREE and there are lots of very interesting exhibits. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A great afternoon alone or for the whole family.
Lovely pace to have a walk and look across the water, see the city. Always vry clean, enjoyable relaxing to walk along.
Beautiful architecture, wonderful exhibits and very well done. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating with our two young children. Shocked that it was free. A highlight of our travels around the Middle East!
