We spent day two of our stay in Amman at the Dead Sea. Our driver took us there and we spent 2 1/2 hours there, well worth the visit. The weather, even in February, was amazing. After floating in the Dead Sea, we then went and chilled by the Pool, where there are showers available. Definately had to be done.

It's a fun and unique (but not necessarily pleasant!), experience best done with a group of family or friends. Bobbing about in the very salty water is what it's all about. The feeling is so ridiculous all most people can do is to laugh hysterically. It's not possible to swim or to sink. After the bobbing experience cover each other... More

Thank you for comment and we are happy that Jordan and the Dead Sea made you laugh. A good laugh on a holiday is a good sign!!! The Dead Sea is an amazing place with rich minerals in the water and the mud. We hope to see you back at the Lowest Spot on Earth in Jordan. Best Wishes. More

Amazing feeling floating on top of the water. Make sure you do not put your head under, the salt stings radically

Thank you for your review!! The Dead Sea is the lowest spot on earth and worth the visit while in Jordan to float and experience the salt, sand and sea. We are glad that you enjoyed your Day. Thank you The Management. More

Even it is not that pleasant to feel on your skin the salty water, it is a very interesting experience. A must do.

There is something about the dead sea that is so serene and magical. You can just sit there for hours, sip a smoothie, and get lost in the beauty and calmness that surrounds you. I was lucky enough to go back and visit Jordan and I went to the dead sea three times. I cannot get enough of it.

Dead Sea was really amazing. the drive was beautiful, especially the spot where one stops and takes a snap shot showing that we are at sea level and we are going to go 300 meters below sea level to Dead Sea. Applying the world famous medicinal mud and lie floating on the Dead sea. Really exhilarating

Soaked in Mud and Salt and felt so much better it was amazing!! You can't swim but you can float and use the mud to heal any skin issues you have at the same time. No sunscreen needed because the UV Rays can't penetrate the extra Ozone layers!
