This is not as big as the bronx zoo, but it's a great place to go out with the whole family. The landscaping of the zoo, and the river the runs through it makes it a great place to just walk around.

If you have been to a zoo before and are visiting Israel for a short time, not worth the trip. Few animals and not very exciting. For local Israeli who may have not seen wild animals is good, but does not come close to a western type zoo.

This zoo packed with many animals.. it's easy and nice to walk around..take at least three hours to visit with children.

I took my cousins kids there as a treat and enjoyed it as much as they did. Great for the family - we took our 19 month old grandson and he just loved it. We liked the fact that there was no pressure to rush around. We followed the map and saw absolutely everything. The wee coffee shop served excellent coffee and the gift shop had toys and other things that were affordable. Highly recommend this place... More
