During my trip to Israel, I had an opportunity to walk to Ben Yahuda Street several times. I found the shops to be similar to others in East Jerusalem. It is a non-threatening environment and the local activity is great to see. It's also a great place to brush up on your bargaining skills. Definitely worth the visit. More
