Be still and know He is God. Jesus spent much time here, and so should you. Relax and meditate on all that is to be found. More

We visited several holy places on the Mount and viewed the Old City of Jerusalem from there. It dominates the skyline. So much history in a small space. More

If you are a Christian, you will treasure this spot...no words can describe . This is where Jesus stood and wept over the city, where he prophesized from The Mount of Olives to his disciples and Jesus ascended to heaven from the Mt of Olives as recorded in the book of Acts 1:9–12. More

Take photos across the street to see the front of the church. Olive tree garden is also worth a photo. Church of All Nations, Basilica of Agony are the same church. Nearby vendors had panorama of Jerusalem for $1. More

Yes, I know it is a significant Biblical site, but today's Mount of Olives is a mixture of concrete, shabby cafes and one old church. There is a graveyard on the way back down the hill with views over Jerusalem, but lots of cars and coaches stop here on the tour, so don't think you will see a hillside covered... More
