Our hotel, the Crowne Plaza was on this street. I took a walk along the street and discovered a very beautiful garden, the Allenby gardens, a relic of the British time. The garden is well kept and full of beautiful trees.

Close to most hotels and many restaurants, the short walk to see the view from this street is worth the short time and little effort. The views include the Haifa bay and port, Bahai Gardens, Galilee mountains, and on a clear winter day, the snowcapped Hermon mountain 100 km (60 miles) away.
