You could probably spend a little longer if you read Russian or Kyrgyz, but even so it is worth walking through (cost about $1). The house on the ground floor was nicely done, and upstairs the exhibits are laid out in tedious - old museum style - detail which I rather like.

The main part of the display is the house lived in by Frunze although I believe it is not actually his house but just a typical house that he might of lived in. The rest of the exibits are of very good if you are interested in Kyrgyz history from about 1900 to 1950. Most exibits are described in Kyrgyz...
