I have done two trips with Nathan, one in February 2012 around Cambodia, and another in April 2013 to Burma. Both exceeded expectations in every respect: well organised, didn't have to worry about transport or accommodations. We somehow arrived at the important places for photography at the right time of day, and often without any, or too many other tourists.... More

We in fact went on the full 2 week tour and would recommend it to both beginner photographers and those already in the know! A few tuition classes and the tour kicked off. See the website for the program as I know it is changing slightly. What is guarenteed is the hunt for a sunset, paddi fields, friendly children and... More

Nathan runs by far the best photography courses I have ever had the pleasure to take. He is patient, highly proficient and a thoroughly engaging teacher, whether discussing technical aspects of capturing light on a sensor or lining up a stunning sunset shot. I really enjoyed his courses, and am a much better photographer today for taking them. I was... More

We spent two afternoons with Nathan out of Phnom Phen and thoroughly enjoyed both afternoons. Nathan took us to places we would not have found on our own and we experienced and saw things that I will never forget. Most memorable for me was watching the sunset and listening to the chants of the monks in the monastery below. Our... More

Thank god I found Nathan! His tour delivers the ideal experience that people hope to get when planning an adventure trip, but hardly ever do. I was tired of plain old tour companies as they don't give you any flexibility; they herd you down a fixed path that hundreds of others are walking at the exact same time. This degrades... More

due to schedule problem, i could only join nathan for one day that covered the lightroom and a visit to beng mealea. during the morning session, i learned a lot of lightroom techniques from nathan. the trip to beng mealea was a special one as we could avoid the crowd by getting there at 4,5pm also we were able to... If you want to see more than the obvious sights book a tour with Nathan. I was a "tag-along" to the tour he offers in Phomn Penh (Silk Island and Floating Village) and fully enjoyed the tour. Nathan shows you the real Cambodia, gets you to see places you would not see otherwise. We've been to small villages, ate at... More

This course is the best. Nathan takes you to the most interesting, out of the usual path, spots in Phnom Penh, and gets you on your feet to take the best photos in your life, while having a great time at the same time. Asolutely reccomended, amazing experience in all possible ways.

Many positive things have been said about the photography aspect of Nathan's tours. I. Can't really add more the but beyond that rest assured that Nathan is an individual who will be preoccupied with your safety, security and comfort. How much is that worth in an unfamiliar place?

I recently returned from Nathan's 13 day extended tour of Cambodia which included two individual day tour photography workshops in Phnom Penh with accompanying afternoon excursions (Silk Island and the floating villages on Tonle Sap lake were fantastic for photos ). It also included a four day tour of Angkor Wat with a morning post-production workshop. Nathan's tours are "hop... More
