I went to the Flicks back in 2011, and enjoyed a film from the 70's. They had decent refreshments, the quality of the film was good and Ramon the owner made sure everyone was well taken care of. When I go back to Phnom Penh, I'll be sure to attend again.

Great place to watch film, the schedule usually contains a good mix of blockbuster, classic, family and arthouse/foreign. The owners have great taste! This suited us very well, if you are a day off from tourist attractions while travelling. Watched three movies with all of them being enjoyable. Also was able to get food but not anything special. Sadly do not sell the nachos or hotdogs anymore that are mentioned in the reviews

Excellent choice of films. The front rows are mats for reclining on to view the screen. Friendly local people staff the place. They serve beer and wine.
