Did the 5 day course but wanted to learn some extra dishes so went to 6 days instead. Very interesting and informative with small classes, easy to understand lessons and all with hands on experience. Learnt some excellent Thai dishes and the techniques that go into the preparation and presentation. Good value for money. Highly recommended!
