We believed that floating market is a "must-go" in Pattaya as quite a good number of people recommended that attraction, we decided to spend some time there on a sunny day instead of going out to the island. However, it was a great disappointment.

If you are accompanied with a thai the entry is free, if you are alone there are a scam entry fee...Where else you must to pay to enter into the shop to buy and spend your money ?

The floating markets are definately worth a visit, but be careful what you eat. My freind ended up with really bad food poisoning after a meal there.

Took a taxi to the Pattaya Floating Market. It is a little outside the main attractions and a little distance away from hotel Signature where we were staying. Still decided to do it, as we had read that it would still be farther away in Bangkok. It was good. The souvenir shops presented a variety of crafts of Thailand.

I think it is only worth an hour, maybe two if you are nearby, it is only for tourists and not really real but the food is cheap and I ate crocodile here like other posters have done. I enjoyed two hours here but don't go out of your way to come here. Oh, and it will cost you 200TB...

Really nice place...lot of things to see! Just alittle labyrinth of wooden walking roads over the water! Not very spacey, but alot of small shops and a great place to buy souvenirs.

It is a great place to go, it reflects the Asian culture, small souvenir shops build on bridges inside the water. There lots of things to do..
Have a tour on foot to discover the place, have a boat tour to view the place from the water, then the great jump from one tower to another over the water, there...

Trip to floating market is a must . You will see a different world of business . Everything is available on Boats . Though small in size are big enough for business .
