I had a wonderful day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the course was just right given the number of dishes that we cooked and helped prepare - 6 in all. I went for this course in particular because it was one of the few that offered the opportunity to help create a Thai curry paste - the... More

Me, my dad and his partner all had a really enjoyable day at Thai kitchen cookery school. We did the full day course and it was all very organized and even though it was busy they had at least one member of staff to every 5 people. Overall we made 6 dishes and having 3 of us we always had... More

I had a confirmed reservation for a whole day at the school. I even emailed the day before to confirm what time they would pick me up and they said between 9am-9:30. We were waiting by 8:45, just in case, and by 9:45, I knew something was wrong. I called the school and they figured out that they had us... More

Definitely do the full-day, the difference in price isn't much and you get to cook at least 2 extra dishes if I remember correctly. The staff were lovely, and everything was meticulously organised. The food market was interesting too and a great way to learn first-hand about Thai ingredients. The way the day was set out was brilliant, it allowed... More

We went to a few cooking classes in Thailand. This place was our favorite. The market tour was worthwhile. We learned how coconut milk is made, and the instructor went over a variety of ingredients, and suggested alternatives if we couldn't find something back home. The actual cooking was well run. You get to pick the dishes you want to... More

First choice you'll have will be to do the full day or half day - I recommend the former as you'll get a tour of a local market where all the key ingredients are not only bought but also have their usage explained to you. You'll also get to cook an extra dish. The cooking itself is great fun with... More

This place gives you a lot of knowledge about thai cooking. They take you to a local but clean market to buy the ingredients. The guide spoke really good English. They also taught us some basic kitchen skills about cooking. Highly recommend this place to others

We have done a couple of these type cooking classes in the past and had a good time, but the class we took here seemed to be a bit hit and miss. We firstly spent an hour in the bus picking up other guests before finding ourselves not 5 minutes from our hotel, then no beer to purchase (who cooks... More

We really enjoyed our full day cooking course here! Everything was really well organized and easy to follow. Plus the food was delicious. The pad Thai is one of the best I've had and now I have the recipe! They give you a great recipe book which is awesome ad well as a certificate. My only complaint would be that... More

We chose this cooking school because of all the different options of recipies that you can choose between and because of their nice pictures. They sure didn't lie! Market tour was great and the teacher spoke very well English and was friendly and sweet. Everything was run very professionally while dividing into different groups and preparing the food. Our group... More
