Open nightly it offers non-pretentious, mid priced steakhouse, European and Thai menu choices cooked and served in a home-style manner (otherwise we offer hot snacks at 99 Baht all evening..) We host excellent Happy-hour acoustic music nightly between 6-8.30pm which is followed by the International class Philippine House band "Music of the Heart" offer who a great nightly Cabaret style performance from 8.30pm until 1.30am. Its is a night of Covers golden oldies , modern hits, dance routines, customer sing alongs, dancing and fun. Checkinn99 also hosts Jazz on Sukhumvit.. (jazz jam and open mike)in a relaxed lounge environment with some of Bangkok's best local and visiting musicians 2-6pm every Sunday afternoon. Checkinn99 is a comfortable, no-hassles environment ideal for couples, singles or groups wishing to enjoy an evening of live music, dancing and fun (without the hassles)and to an extent is an Oasis from the street action and nightlife surrounding it. Ideally suited for the mid 30's and above but for those of any age wanting to enjoy themselves - plan to stay for an evening.

“A kind of historical monument...”

I went there for the first time in 1992; Twenty-one years later, the restaurant still existing with exactly the same decoration and the same delicious Chateaubriand on the menu! Despite the kitschy decor and the relative bad mold smell, I still have a lot of fun every time. Thank you to preserve this unique place in Bangkok.

“Fun times, good food.”

Have been here tonight thanks to Tripadvisor. 3 piece lady band were good and appreciated the audience (us) joining in and requesting songs. Good steaks and drinks. Salty Popcorn to the end (probably to make you drink more). Would visit again as it was a good laugh.

The reason I go to Check Inn 99 often is because they provide great entertainment in a relaxing atmosphere. The band goes out of their way to engage the audience and they play almost all requested songs.
