when you come to windhoek, the christuskirche is a must. just enter and look around a bit - especially the windows.

Very nice ambience, ideal for weddings, symphony concerts etc. Had a peaceful experience there. Would recommend it to couples if they want to have a romantic background for their special day.

One of the symbols of Windhoek that must be seen. No partcular items but it a part of the history of the country. Absolutely well conserved. You'll find detailed explanation brochure insied.

Just an average church in my opinion, nothing like churches in Europe. An easy visit if you are near the city center. Local crafts on side walk directly across the street.

the old man being there doesn`t say much and expects a tip. I would propose that a knowledgable person be there that can give more information on the history of the church. There are tourist passing by with out a guide saying they will surely appreciate more inter action.
