We went as a couple and had different experiences. My treatment was good: there may be nicer boutique spas, but it was definitely good value. My fiance's treatment wasn't quite the same. First, it was about twenty minutes short of the length that we were told it was going to be; the masseuse skipped his back almost completely. Futhermore, although... More

I have been many times to Hammam Ziani, every treatment has been wonderful, the staff are helpful, the therapists well trained and all give excellent massage treatments, the Hammam is one reason why I return to Marrakech time and time again!

we found this hammam during a shopping tour in the souks and decide to book one of the packages. For 27€ you will get the steam bath, scrubbing and the massage, towles and bathrope are included as well. It was a nice experience and we got more energy to continue our shopping tour.

Myself & 2 friends opted for the super package at this hammam. I have tried 2 other hammam/spas in the same area as ziani. One was very contemporary and for me too clinical. The other was similar in style to Ziani, but lacked the friendlieness and very low hassle factor of Ziani. This hammam was brilliant. The treatment itself is... More

We wanted to try a hammam that wasn't like a spa you would find in England or a posh hotel. We also weren't quite brave enough to go for a "local's" hammam. Hammam Ziani turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We were greeted by the owner at the entrance who was very nice, welcoming and spoke good English.... More

Great hamman experience. My friend and I went for the 'super package' which included a steam, scrub, massage and seaweed wrap. The only downside was having to wear the minuscule thong they provided!! A definite must in Marrakech.

This is something everyone should do while in Marrakesh. I will try to add some different perspectives to the other reviews posted. First of all this is the only Hammam I have been in so I don't know how the others are. There are lots of "guides" trying to drag you into every Hammam to get their cut so beware... More

I had booked this before we left UK. We got a taxi because we were not quite sure where it was but having roamed the area it is best described as about a minute from the Bahia Palace entrance toward the soukhs, right hand side opposite the car park. We were met with tea and the ladies went off one... More

This is nothing like the Hammams in some of the 5star hotels around the world but just as good. Modesty goes out of the window when only wearing paper pants! We opted for the super package at 350 dirhams and were washed, brushed, steamed, masaged, slathered in clay and wrapped in plastic before emerging with silky soft skin. Yes they... More
