We toured ATM Cave with PACZ tours and Oscar was our tour guide. It's about a 45 min drive from San Ignacio and the last 7 miles are a bumpy and slow ride on gravel roads. You will not run into any cruise ship traffic on this tour as it is a full day. Once you get to the park... More

Pacz was recommended by our friends that did tour with them before. We did the ATM with Pancho Manuel Oscar. The caves was very awesome and we were intrigue to know more though neither me nor my friends are that much into nature. With our eagerness even our tour guide oscar seemed like he didn't want to be there, very... More

I took Pacz tours when I went to San Ignacio Belize. I loved the tour. They are very professional and very friendly. I would have loved the tour guide to know a little bit more about the historical data inside the ATM cave - he was super nice though.

This was an amazing experience to swim and climb through a cave with its river flowing along the bottom. Its hard to believe that you can walk amid Mayan ruins with ritual sites at your finger tips. We were fortunate that our guide limits his group size to only four rather than the required maximum of eight. Many of the... More

We spent two days with this group. The first was a day trip to Tikal. Our guide was Bennie, a very knowledgable and patient guide. He is Mayan and understands the culture, history and sites. He lead our group through Guatemala and to the site. Customs was a pain but not too bad. The lunch spot coming home was delicious.... More

The day we spent doing the ATM tour was a highlight during our time in Belize. The walk to the cave entrance is not too strenuous, and our guide expertly navigated our way through the cave, ensuring our safety at all times. It was a privilege to enter the site that was obviously sacred to the Mayan people, and to... More

Did ATM tour with Oscar....very knowledgable guide but terrible personal skills!!! Before we booked the tour we told the operator that I have some issues with claustrophobia....and the response was "it's a big cave" , for those that have done ATM know that there are tight spots and not a tour for those with some anxiety issues. Anyway, after about... More

I had a great experience with Pacz Tours. I communicated with Bob (owner) over email and ended up booking the day tour to Tikal, Guatemala. I didn't have to pay until the end of the tour. Tour guide, Hugo was very knowledgeable and personable. This tour is a definite must and I'd only recommend Pacz Tours. I have heard too... More

All aspects of dealing with Pacz Tours was first class. I very much appreciated the fast responses to email questions and the fact that what was promised many months earlier was still remembered when we showed up. Like the previous reviewer, my daughter has Type 1 diabetes, and if she couldn't have emergency sugar brought into the ATM cave in... More
