We went to Caye Caulker on an excursion with Searious that took us to Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley and Caye Cauker. We went to the Lazy Lizard for lunch which was awesome.

Very small town, but very clean, there is not much to do other then snorkelling , worth spending 1 or 2 days ,just to rest and veg out.
This little island was laid back and gorgeous. We found great food, we went snorkeling, fishing, and exploring other nearby Cayes. The fishing was not that great but the snorkeling is incredible. I can't think of any dislikes.
This Island is amazing. Although there is no formal beach ( with lots of white sand etc etc) there are a couple places to swim.. Try Sea Dreams - they have a private dock for guests only and it made out trip. The split gets busy , especially with locals coming there, but its really the only place to go....

This was our first time to Caye Caulker and won't be our last. Already planning our next visit. Love the non-hustle bustle of everyday life. Time passes so slowly which is fantastic. People are friendly and the weather perfect.
