You can travel via the 21 or 21B bus from Balti Jaam bus station to Rocca al Mare. The bus will stop outside the front of the museum after a approx 20-25 min journey. Really interesting place to visit, really well designed , gave great insight into old Estonia when we visited there was snow everywhere, which made it even more realistic, when you seen the houses they lived in, and the farm plots. Really recommend this for anyone to visit. More
