I booked airport transfers and a trip to Auschwitz prior to our holiday. All communication was done promptly and clearly. The airport transfers were all done timely and very smoothly as was the trip to Auschwitz where we were well looked after by the driver in respect of knowing where to go etc. Highly recommended.

Auchewitz is great - lots of information and walking outdoors, so wear reasonable shoes. It's a good drive out of town and best done with a tour. The tours all wear earphones to listen to the guide that's speaking because it can be hard to hear without as its very busy!

We went to Auschwitz on Saturday and the Salt Mines on Sunday early evening as recommended by Adam as it would be quieter. Adam did everything for us, entry tickets where to go and was waiting for us at the end of each tour. I would recommend him to everyone
