Now this place is heavenly and well worth while. From the minute you walk down those steps into reception, you feel like you're in another world, its so quiet and the lights are dimmed and you feel like you've died and gone to heaven. The candles and water features everywhere were lovely and the sunken waiting area was simply lovely....

I would recommend the massage at The Spa @ Lillianfels, courteous, respectful massage therapist whom delivered an excellent massage using macadamia oil.

I had a beautiful facial and body treatment my Therapist was delightful, however the Spa Manager defiantly ruined my stay. She wasn't aware that I was sitting in the relaxation lounge and I over heard her speaking to her staff in an appalling manner and instructing them to cut the treatment time down so she could squeeze another appointment in....

We had volcanic hot stone massages to celebrate a milestone birthday and both thoroughly enjoyed it! 1.5hrs of melting away tension and relaxing. A bit pricey at $225 each, but for a special occasion it was worth it.

The masseur was gentle and very good at observing the trigger points. Used the jacuzzi in the spa too. Very tranquil atmosphere and staff were not pushy or overbearing

Facials were not very good, the products they used were i believe Sothys of Paris but it wans tanything special, i also had a massage at Yindi Day spa, ( on the same road as lilianfels, 5 minute walk or 2 mnute drive from the hotel, and it was half the price and very good quality.
