The guides were all quite "Aussie", but seemed to really know their stuff. The kids had a great time. My daughter learnt that "if the crocodile is on top of the water it's going for the dead chicken the man is holding, if the crocodile goes under the water then it's going for the man". Would go again.

This place is fantiastic! You can get up close to a croc and even get a photo taken holding one. Do the boat tour and hope to get Duncan as your driver - he is a very funny man!

Well laid out a plenty to see. I was a little disappointed at the feeding because the audience was behind the feeder and protection fences and visibility was very limited. Other venues I have seen put the audience on the other side of the pool for an uninterrupted view. The boat trip was great and views were great and the... More

Hartley s crocodiles park is definitely a place to go with friends children or both! I haven't been disappointed we arrived at 1.00pm and twenty minutes after we did the cruise to see some crocs jump and this is definitely not something you will see in wilderness. Then every 5 or 15 minutes you have new attraction starting ( croc... More

Such a large area but so many opportunities to see how crocs act in the wild. With a quick feed on the... More

I was adamant I wanted to see the salties and dragged my reluctant partner. He loved it more than me! The entry price covers all shows inside and a croc cruise. Great to get up so close to crocodiles and see them in a 'natural' (style) habitat. The croc farm was semi-interesting, marketed as a tour, but really you just... More

We were tossing up between doing a river cruise to go croc spotting or going here, think we made the right choice. Hartley's was recommended by everyone we spoke to at Port Douglas. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to point out a good order to view the shows, so that you could... More

Enjoyed my visit here. Rented a car in Cairns and took the easy (and enjoyable) drive to Hartley's. Very interesting and would recommend a visit.
