In addition to the beautiful view and steep ride of the gondola, I had the most fun on the luge! I ended up dragging my mom on the Gondola and then watched her screech in joy as we rode down the luge!

This is our second trip up to Skyline. The gondola ride is pretty cool with great views of Queenstown, the lake and the Remarkables. Facilities are modern and the view from the deck is great. The Luge is a lot of fun. If I went again I would definitely have purchased more Luge rides in my pack.

Great fun and once is never enough. Before you start, staff give you a rundown of steering and braking in small groups before you complete the easy run first. I like the views but the place was heaving. It's very steep! We didn't do the luge or hang about up there for very long, it was very crowded.
