The old part of the cathedral blended in well with the new part. The stain glass windows were sparkling. There was plenty of parking space available. We often used the grounds to walk through, however the gates were open at the fornt entrance, but locked at the rear early evening, which was a blow.

Went to Easter Sunday Mass here and the renovations that have been done since I last visited were outstanding. A very reverend and awe inspiring church.

Standing across the road from the Royal Perth Hospital the grounds are well kept and the interior lovely cool and calm spec if you need to spend a little time in contemplation

One of Perths largest churches (still small compared to Europe). Based slightly east of the city center its a 15min walk. Lovely large trees in the gardens. Inside is usual church interior but its very feminine and calming. Worth talking the wander after lunch to have a quiet moment and pay your respects. There is no fee for entry but... More

the new addition blends very well with the old, parking underground is great (no charge), don't forget to have a mass it's a really nice feel

This would have to be the best cathedral in Australia! The blend of modern with the traditional is very, very clever. A much overused word in society today definitely applies here - "awesome". Beautiful cathedral with well architected modern extensions. Three Sunday masses and two daily masses. Beautiful grounds attract people to sit in the shade of trees at lunchtime.
