Such a nice feeling to be in these gardens and a beautiful view of the swan river and surrounds. Very interesting history that is rarely mentioned in tourist brouchers.. Great view or the city and freeway below. The park overlooks Perth and in the distance you can see Swan river. A recommended stop on while in Perth. And its free :)

Kings Park in the day or night is always spectacular. Beautifully kept grounds and gardens. Lots of different areas to visit.

this Park dominated the city centre as it commands the High ground at the end of St Georges terrace. It affords outstanding views of the two rivers as they meet before heading off to the Indian Ocean. No trip to Perth without spending time here wether your trip is for business or for pleasure it is a must

Spacious place with lots of park area to explore. Loved the viewing platforms along fraser avenue as I could take shots of Perth tall rises and the swan river. Also enjoyed the state war memorial where there is a flame that continuously burns in remembrance of soldiers that died during service to Australia. I also enjoyed Lotterywest Ferderation Walkway where... More

Kings Park is beautiful. It houses a wonderful restaurant, great view, plenty of places for children to run and play, sports people to exercise and the tree top walk is wonderful.

What a great spacious open and beautifully set garden in the middle of the city. we went to visit the rio tinto exhibition and it is really sympathetically done, a delight for the children and adults alike, much to do and really educational in a fun way

This is a particular section of Kings Park, behind the education centre accessed by the main entrance along Fraser Avenue. It is an area of bush land that that been redeveloped so kids can explore in a "controlled" environment without damaging the natural bush land.
