So pristine, clean, peaceful and scenic. Great place to be when the charters are arriving from their day on the reef of fishing. A walk along this beautiful beach is a must.

Palm trees providing shade, colourful beach umbrellas and chairs for hire at reasonable prices, the mobile food van, a pristine beach easy to walk on, very wide, stunning artistic creations on the sand (patterns left in the sand from the mini crabs), happy children laughing in the water - what is not to love?
Four miles of golden sand, clean too. Lovely palms as a back drop as well. Always some activities going on, including youngsters learning lifesaving. We watched this for some time, it was great. Sandwiches, ice creams, drinks are delivered via a motorized cart so you don't have to take food with you.

We love Four Mile Beach. It is just beautiful. Lovely warm waves, surrounded by palm trees and green hills. I love beaches, but i am not a huge fan of ocean swimming, prefer swimming in a pool. Having said this, once i got in, i did not want to get out, at all.The water and waves were divine.
the beach is so well kept and very safe we were there during carnavale and there was just so much to do.
We try and walk at least one a day on Four Mile Beach. It is great to see the young folk playing cricket, footy, etc., and the mums walking/jogging with their little ones in strollers. The sand is firm enough to ride a pushbike, and many people do. We are fascinated by the (literally) thousands of tiny crabs, who spend...

Looked and felt like Hawaii without the crowds. We only wish we could have stayed longer and spent a few more days relaxing on the sand. Unfortunately, we arrived at the very end of stinger season, and the nets weren't out due to the high winds, but walking at the edge of the surf was enough for us to cool...
