We had a nice experience but a little disappointed in the views. Hoping for more scenic views but saw farmland. Also our operator was a little rude and we had a very rough landing. Overall experience would recommend but don't expect amazing scenery. There was also an extra tax fee per person which can add up with a family.

...and we loved it! We were on our honeymoon, and it was the first time either of us had been in a hot air balloon. It was such an amazing experience!! The staff were professional and HILARIOUS. We recommend it!

Although its a really early start for the morning, its well worth it. The bus collects you at your resort and takes you to the launch location. This was an amzing experience. I purchased for my husbands birthday and he loved it (preferred to a helicopter ride!!). The weather wasnt as cloear as I would have hoped but was still fantastic. The staff were also very courteous and friendly changing my booking without hesitation. A great company to deal with
