This attraction was always on my "must do" for visitors to Darwin. Not anymore. The entry price has doubled in the last two years - $15 is really not a fair price for what the attraction is and is just a money gouge. It's not just the fact that you have to pay $15 to enter the attraction. There is... More

Thank you for your comments, however I must point out that our fees have not doubled – we had our first increase in three years almost exactly 12 months ago, from $11 to $15. As with any small business the spiraling cost of overheads including weekend/casual staff unfortunately necessitated this. We have a duty of care to warn visitors that... More

Being a fisherman I am always interested in having a look at fish, my wife wanted to go and feed them we walked from our apartment. The best time to go I would say is about an hour to an hour and half before they close, this is to catch the high tide, so times vary, check up first. Karen... More

Having lived in Darwin over 10 yrs ago I was hoping to show my partner some of the sights I have lovedin Darwin on our recent trip. Arriving at Aquascene I was totally blown away that they are asking $15 to go in and feed the fish!!!!! I only paid $10 more thanthis to go on a jumping croc tour... More

Unless you are a kid, $15 for this is a rip-off. We were bored after 5 minutes this morning. Kids there, however, were having a good time. Someone recently posted that you were restricted to two slices of stale bread, but that was at a time and I think they have misunderstood the instructions. The setting is reasonable I thought,... Aquascene is one of the most lame "attractions" in Darwin. I took my mum there on Thursday and we were both thoroughly unimpressed. $15 per head to throw stale bread (strictly 2 slices) at dull-looking fish. That is IT! Yes it's cool to see the natural phenomenon of fish coming to shore to be fed, but Aquascene's set up is... More

This was a great way to spend an hour. For fifteen dollars it was an experience you couldn't get any where else! Yes the lady giving the commentary was a bit testy at times and could do with a chill pill but I suppose repeating your self can be annoying but then again, that's what she is there for.

If feeding tropical fish is your thing, you will love this place ... Be certain to check ahead for feeding times at high tide only. The kids are certain to be mesmerized!

What a great way to spend time with your family whilst feeding enormous fish! It is a bit pricey so we don't go so often but its always fun and the guide is always interesting.
