Great tour and great tour guide. Would recomend to all. I have been to Sydney many times and never beem to the Blue Mountains. The views are on a par with the Grand Canyon. A bonus was going to the small Australian zoo on the way. Fantastic and no queues and not charged for pictures with the koa;as.

We were quite disappointed in this trip. There was confusion as to what the day would entail and we were expecting more. And it was apparent we got the worst selection of vehicles as we saw other vehicles from this trip that looked more comfortable and durable. It was a long ride to be crammed into a small seat with... A fairly long day trip, started about 08:00 and we got back about 18:00. Fairly good value for the day, saw lots of things which included the mountains, an Aboriginal Display, a Zoo and a stop off for lunch. The cable car ride at the three Sisters in the Blue Mountains were fantastic. You end up going down into the... More

A great place for a day trip from Sydney. We went at the height of the New Year holiday season so it was very busy. The day did not start well with an early train up to Katoomba, the train was rammed and we had to stand for two hours in the corridor. (Some of the older City rail trains are... More

2 hours train away from Sydney central -> katoomba. At the station get the ticket for the explorer bus so u can jump on and off at different location of your interest. Echo point and leura falls are the best spot for taking picture of three sister and whole valley. Different options for walking trails.

being close to Sydney and accessible by train the mountains offers dozens of trails for all abilities. Plenty of food, and accommodation with winter log fires.

While I didn't do the wildlife tour, I did take the train from Circular Quay and then the hop on hop off bus around the area. Expect a different weather system in the mountains, so dress accordingly.

Hey! I took this tour in October of 2009 and had a wonderful trip! It's a long day of sightseeing when leaving from Sydney, but that is more than made up for by visiting the dazzling sights of Australia's Blue Mountains. The small van/bus picks its passengers up at various downtown Sydney hotels, and you small band makes its way... More
