1. We stayed at the Grand Bahia property and the tour started 20 minutes from our hotel - what a bonus 2. Snorkel in fresh water in a cave - awesome; the water is so clear and fresh 3. Zipline into a cave skimming through the water and in for a dip; 2 more good distance ziplines 4. Rappel and... More

My son and I did this tour from Grand Sirenis resort. Tour guide, Servando, was funny and informative. Three zip lines were super cool, and snorkelling in the underground cave was fun. Would be nice to have a private tour though as we found the littler kids were kind of annoying : ie practically kicking you in the fave while... More

The zip lining was fantastic and snorkling through the caves was awesome! !!! Would highly recommend this excursion. Spoiler Alert: The old ancient Mayan that blesses everybody in the cave at the beginning turns out to be the bartender at the end of the tour.

I recommend this and include the Tulum option. Well worth the money. Very safe and professional, I did not zip line but I still felt like I got a great value for my money. Make sure you have a camera that takes good pictures under water, in the dark or you will miss out on some great memories.

Our tour guide Rebecca was terrific. She was interesting' entertaining and always looking out for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Even tough I'm not a huge fan of swimming and have. Vertigo issue, the trip was fun and safe and if I can do it so can you. The zip line was great fun. The Mayan ceremony interesting; the meal delicious,... More

Best day of our trip! Great activities... Tulum for the ruins, then snorkelling, rapelling, zip lines in a natural setting. We also enjoyed a Mayan ceremony and a tradional meal. We booked through altournative and our guide Rodriguez was so entertaining and informative.

We did this trip via AllTourNative tours.. We went to Tulum first, then into the jungle for a couple ziplines, rapelling, snorkeling, 4x4 ride and a mayan ceremony. First and foremost I must say this trip with any other guide but Miguel would not have been the same, he is an amazing guide and a genuinely happy and funny person.... More

Monday Feb 11 2013. Tour guide: Amelio (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) I just want him to be recognized for his top class customer service. He picked us up at Occidental Xcaret in the morning. We went on the half day Jungle Mayan Excursion, it was such a blast! Our tour guide explained everything you needed to know... More
