This shopping centre is advertised as an upmarket destination. All wrong. Nestled among the nightclubs and strip clubs at the very far end of Paceville, this centre is too small and downmarket, the muzak too loud, and the glass walkways too weird (an upskirter's dream destination). Avoid at all costs. Save your time and take your money somewhere else.

My wife and I seen promotion material for Bay Street shopping centre while in Valletta. From the marketing material we thought we were missing something amazing. Since we were staying in Sliema it was only a little walk to St Julians. Please note it is actually the far side of St Julians and quite hard to locate. Signage is non...
