Not the first time I have visited this wonderfully positioned spa and it wont be the last. Sporting the only stainless steel swimming pool in Ireland where it is possible to brush up on your technique with a qualified swimming coach.
The infinity pool is to die for with views to lead you off into contemplation........... Oh the treatments are...

floating in an infinity pool looking out over the tress coming into bud, sea in the background..hot water beating down on my shoulders.. I could have stayed in the spa pool all day. ( also had a very pleasant treatment!)

spent a weekend here with a few girlfriends, we were so relaxed we could hardly speak! The outdoor tub ,looking out on the forest in autumn colours was like a piece of heaven.
