We had plenty of time to view it and take photos since they were working on the road and only one lane of traffic was moving at a time. I could not think of a better place to be "stuck" while waiting for road workers to give us the green light. The views are spectacular. More

Ponte delle Torri is probably as high as any bridge walk can be. The views were 360 degrees and it was all beautiful and easy walking. More

Don't go here if you are afraid of heights! The bridge spans across a valley going from Spoleto to a huge walking trail through the woods. It's incredible to walk across something so magnificent. I walked the bridge almost every day while staying in Spoleto, then continued into the woods. More

this is a lovely 2-3 hour walk from Spoleto (get a map at the tourist centre) and the bridge is pretty spectacular. Continue across the bridge and take the path to the left. It leads around through the woods and around some lovely homes with olive groves. A very easy walk and it takes you back to the township. More

The Ponte delle Torri was just a short hike from our hotel, the Palazzo Leti, and was certainly worth the walk. A great blend of history, majesty and nature. More

The Ponte delle Torri is a must see for all who visit Spoleto - it is really very impressive and a little scary for anyone afraid of heights! We visited twice, once very late in the evening when it was deserted and we had the whole bridge to ourselves, quite an experience! If you get a chance go all the... More
