This duomo is absolutely beautiful on the outside, but plainer inside. Still, it was nice to see the inside.

The outside of this cathedral is fabulous. IT is definitely the highlight. The inside is quite plain except for one chapel, which has a very impressive fresco. You have to pay to go in most of the time. It's not as impressive inside as you'd expect from the outside. Worth it just for the one chapel, but not essential if...

It is a must see in Italy. The Duomo on the outside has bright color tiles and statues of scenes from the bible. The inside has magnificent paintings. It is simply elegant.
Amazing! The exterior front facade is elaborately decorated in colorful mosaic scenes that are a national treasure. We want to return to Orvieto to spend more time experiencing this delightful small city.
Spectacular facade, interesting interior. A symphony was being played by young musicians. It was a special experience.

With the Sun shining on it, the facade is one of the most beautiful sights imaginable. It is a collection of stone and bronze sculptures from the 14th.century, mosaics from the 14th/19th century and Emilio Greco's...

Beautiful facade and lovely art work inside made the small admission fee worthwhile. I always like to support these beautiful churches
