Ferries to and from Malcesine are very frequent setting off from 3 or 4 locations at either resort. The fee was 9 euros return for the 20 minute crossing. very good value and a great day out, Malcesine has shops, cafes and a castle to visit and a market on saturdays.

An excellent way of getting about the Northern resorts and very reasonably priced. Got to see Limone & Riva in one day - a bit of a rush though.

Took this ferry from Malcesine to Riva Del Garde via Limone, was very good value at 9 euro for two people and the journey offered excellent views of Lake Garda. We were in Malcesine out of season and it had indicated online that the ferries were not running, however we found that when we checked at the ferry booth (down... More

For something different to do take to trip to Limone on the speedy ferry (and the wind in your hair will cool you down on the hot days). Have a meal at one of the restaurants at the lakeside or just have a drink in one of the bars and watch the world go by.

Traveling by boat across Lake Garda was my dream before I went away. We were outpriced - very expensive we felt.

A lovely trip and not expensive. Gives another fantastic view of this wonderful, stunning lake. Sit outside to make the most of the views and to take great photo's.

The Ferries are exellent. They run frequently, so you are never left hanging around waiting for long. It is a great way to get to the many small towns dotted around Lake Garda & more fun than the Bus. You get to see more of the Lake & it is a very peaceful, relaxing way top travel

A very good service, the only way to see the villages on Lake Garda, very clean and efficient. Lovely to sit outside on a nice day.

We took the ferry to Limone (well worth a visit!) catching it at the bus terminal a 10 minute walk up the coast road rather than from the Centro dock. This ferry takes vehicles as well as pedestrians and the crossing took just 20 mins. Ferries were on time both ways and very comfortable. Weather permitting, there's outside seating and... More
